7. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
the incompetent is a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida.
8. IDELLA KNOWLES is a resident of the State of Florida
is sui Juris and otherwise qualified under the Laws of Florida
to act as guardian of the person and property of the incompetent,
and is entitled to preference because she is a friend of the in-
competent and all other relatives are deceased, ,and IDELLA
KNOWLES is a citizen of this State of Florida attd therefore is
entitled to peeference to the appointment of Guardian. ~ ~
9. Reasonable search-has been-made, and any-of the informs-
tion required by Florida Law and by the applicable Florida Rule
of Probate and Guardianship Precedure~tha~ is not set forth in
full above cannot be ascertained without delay that would adver-
sely affect the incompetent, or the incompetent's property.
WHEREFORE, petitioner request that IDELLA KNOWLES be ap-
pointed as guardian of the person and property of the incompe- #
