1978, in favor of FRED MASCISLLO and against JOHN W. GATEMAN and
CHRISTINE H. BATSMAN, his wife, as recorded in O. R. Book 300,
Page 108 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Affiant states that he is not one-and the same
persons as the JOIN W. BATSMAN, JOHN BATSMAN, JOHNNIE W. BATSMAN
described in the judgments set forth above; that he was never married
to any one by the name of CHI2ISTINE H. GATEMAN; and that he is a
married man and his wife's name if DORIS M. BATSMAN.
