ORDER ON PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE
Pre-Trial having been held, and the Defendants, PAUL D. AMANN,
and CUSTOM HOUSING SYSTEMS, INC., both failing to appear either in
person or by counsel after having been duly noticed of the Pre-Trial
Conference, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1. STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were not made in that the
Defendants failed to appear. All admissions made in the pleadin s
g
are admitted without proof.
2. EVIDENCE. Documentary and other evidence listed and presented
at_the Pre-Trial Conference shall be admitted into evidence without
objection except as herein below reserved:
a. The Defendants, have reserved no objections to any of the
~ Plaintiff's evidence.
j b. All objections are reserved by the Plaintiff to any of the
Defendant's evidence.
3. OTHER PROVISIONS the parties may amend their witness list
and their list of documentary evidence no later than three days prior
to trial. Said amendments shall be made by filing the same with the,
~ Clerk and timely providing opposing counsel with copies of the
proposed changes.
4. EXPERT WITNESSES may be called out of turn by either party.
5. WITNESSES. Only those witnesses listed at the Pre-Trial

conference and names filed with the Clerk will be permitted to testify }
except the party themselves. Either party may call any witness listed.
