6. PREEMPTORY CHALLENGES. Plaintiff shall have three Pre-
emptory Challenges. The defendants shall have a total of three .

7. JURY INSTRUCTIONS. Proposed jury instructions on a separate
sheet for each charge, shall be submitted to the Court at the be- ,
ginning of the trial, with copies to attorneys. Additional jury
instructions shall be submitted no later .than at the conclusion of
testimony.
8. EXERCISE OF C>HAT.r.n:T~TGE. Exercise of juror challenges, pre-
emptory or for Cause, shall be made outside the hearing of the jury
in a manner selected by the Court. Rule 1.431 (e). .
9. SANCTIONS.. For the failure of the Defendants to appear
at the Pre-Trial-Conference as ordered, the Defendants are hereby
ordered to pay to the Plaintiff its reasonable attorney's fee and
