ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the $20,000.00 deposit paid by
plaintiff to defendants is hereby Ordered returned to plaintiff;

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that plaintiff have a judgment against
ORVILLE R. PARKS in the sum of $1.00 for compensatory damages and,.
$1.00 for punitive damages; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that plaintiff have a judgment against
RAYMOND D. PARKS in the sum of $1.00 for compensatory damages and
$1.00 for punitive damages; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that defendant RAY'S INN, INC. recover
on its' counterclaim against plaintiff, UMBERTO DeLUCA, in the
amount of $12,277.21; it is further
