This cause coming on to be heard on the Motion of

Defendants WILLIAM R. SPOONER and CAMBRIDGE MUTUAL FIRE INSURANCE
COMPANY to dismiss the action for failure to state a cause of
action~or, in the alternative, a Motion for-more definite state-
iaent, Plaintiff's being represented by Mike Walsh, Defendants
WILLIAM R. SPOONER and CAMBRIDGE MUTUAL FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY
being represented by Bruce T. McRinley, and Defendants WILLIAM -
R. SPOONER and ROBERT C. SPOONER, d/b/a WATER SOFTENERS OF FT. -
PIERCE and NATIONWIDE MUTUAL FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY being
represented by Morgan S. Bragg and the Court being fully advised
in the Premises, it is hereby
ORDERED and ADJUDGED:

objection, by the other Defendants;
2. Defendants' Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a
Cause"of Action is denied; I
3. The Motion for More Definite Statement is granted.
Plaintiffs are instructed to state more specifically what is
intended by the term "operational mechanics" as well as to
state more specifically how the accident happened;
4. Plaintiff shall have 20 days from the date of this
ORDER within which to file the above referenced Pleading, and
