THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the application of
MARYANN CHERRY BROWN for a Restraining Order as prayed for in the 4
Motion for Restraining Order; and it appearing to the Court that
from the sworn testimony of the said MARYANN CHERRY BROWN that the
Respondent, DAVID ANSEL BROWN, JR. has threatened and has in the
• past caused the Petitioner to suffer grave bodily harm and that
there is a real possibility that the said DAVID ANSEL BROWN, JR.
will in the future impose or attempt to impose bodily harm upon
}
the Petitioner and to the Petitioner's minor child by a prior '
marriage and to-the Petitioner's parents; and that the Court being 1
more fully advised in the premises, it is, upon consideration,

ORDERED that you, DAVID ANSEL BROWN, JR. be, and you are
hereby en3oined, restrained and prohibited from remaining or going
in or about the premises located at 1462 Rivergreen Circle, ~
Rivergreen Villas, Port St. Lucie, Florida, said premises being
the residence of MARYANN CHERRY. BROWN. You are further ordered
and restrained from harassing or approaching the said MARYANN
CHERRY BROWN in any fashion. It is further
. ORDERED that you, DAVID ANSEL BROWN, JR. are Further
restrained from presenting yourself in and about the premises f
occupied by the parents of the said MARYANN CHERRY BRO~v'N or in any s
other fashion approaching them. -
