This cause canoe on the be heard, without notice, upon the warn
petition of the Wife, far a Temporary Restraining Order, restraining and enjoining
the husband from interfering with, molesting, harassing, ar using Physical violence
on the Wife, and the court being fully advised in the premises, it it hereupon

1. That the husband,.. WIILIAM L1AVID JOPFS, be and he is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interfering with, molesting, harassing and intimidating the Wife
and using physical violence an her.
2. All and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida are directed
to render such assistaotice to the Wife as may be necessary to insure the husband's
compliance with this arder without furd~er arder of this court.
