Petitioner, SUN BANR OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, as personal
represeatative of the above estate, respectfully alleges:
1. The above estate is the owner of certain property,
which Petitioner desires to sell, described as follows:
PARCEL 1:
From the SW corner of Section~23, Township 35
South, Range 40 East run North 675.5 feet; thence
East 1350 feet more or less to the East right of
way of Florida East Coast Railway, thence con-
- time East 907.75 feet to the •Point of Beginning;
thence continue East 142.66 feet to the West
right of way line of South Indian River Drive;
thence run Northwesterly along said right of way
line 191.9.feet to a point 175.5 feet due North-
of the South line of this property; thence run
West 65.08 feet; thence run South at right angles
175.5 feet to the point of beginning .
PARCEL 2
Fraan the SW corner of Section 23, Township 35
South, Range 40 East run North 675.5 feet; thence
run East 1350 feet more or less to the East right
of way of 'Florida East Coast Railway and the
Point of_Beginning; thence continue East 783.65 feet;
~ _ thence at right angles run North .175.5 feet; thence
at right angles run West 853.10 feet to the East
right of way of Florida East Coast Railway; thence
run Southeasterly along said right of way line
188.71 feet to the Point of Beginning.
PARCEL 3:
All that part of the North 175.5 feet of the South
-851 feet of Section 23, Township 35 South, Range
40 East lying West of the Florida East Coast Rail-

PARCEL 4: ~
All that part of the North 175.5 feet of the South

2. Petitioner considers that it is expedient and
