The undersigned petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
the surviving spouse and heir at law of the above decedent.
Petitioner's name and address is as set forth in paragraph
3 and the name and address of petitioner's attorney is as
set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, AINA LAZARATION, whose last known address
was R.R.#1, Box 3044, Milford, Pennsylvania 18337, and whose
age was 69 years and whose social security number is 064-16-7808
died on July 31, 1978 at Middletown, New York, and at the time
of death decedent was domiciled in Orange County, New York.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent
and the ages of any who are minors, are:

27A thru 27D of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida
having an approximate value of Three Thousand Five Hundred
($3,500.00) Dollars.
