6. The value of the entire estate subject to adminis-
tration in this state, less the value of property exempt from
the claims of creditors, does not exceed Ten Thousand ($10,000.00)

9. Petition is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 10.
10. A certified copy of decedent's last will dated
December 26, 1968 accompanies this petition.
11. Decedent's will does not direct administration as
required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. Petitioner requests
that the decedent's last will be admitted to probate and an
order of summary administration be entered directing distri-
bution of the assets in the estate in accordance with the
schedule as set forth in paragraph 9 of this petition.
