The personal property bequeathed in CLAUSES Ii and III
of decedent's Last Kill a~tere previously delivered to the re-
cipients during the decedent's lifetime.
6. To the best knowledge of the petitioners, the
value of the. entire estate subject to administration in
this state, less the value of property exempt from the claims
of creditors, does not exceed $10,000.00.
7. The estate is not indebted.
8. It is proposed that the sole asset described above
in Paragraph 4 be distributed to CLIFFORD JOHNSON and ESTHER
"BILLIE° JOHNSON, his. wife.
9. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph_10.
10. The original of the decedent's last mill dated
June 22, 1967, accompanies this petition.
11. Decedent's will does not direct administration.
as required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
Petitioners request that the decedent's last will be
admitted to probate and an order of sui®ary administration
be entered directing distribution of the assets in accordance
Ii ,with the schedule set forth in paragraph~8 of this petition.
