I, ~LOUISE B. .AUSTIN, of St. Lucie County, Florida~--~
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament and hereby revoke any and all other
i
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my Executor to pay out of my
residuary estate all of my just debts, including the ex-
penses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give any siverware I may own to my
grandson, LARRY J. MILES, and if he does not survive me,
-then said silverware shall go equally to his children living
at the date of my death.
- CLAUSE III: I give and bequeath my large diamond
~ ring to PAMELA MILES, daughter of my grandson, LARRY J.
MILES, and I give and bequeath my-small diamond ring to
DIANB MILES, daughter of my grandson, LARRY J. MILES.
CLAUSE IV: I give, devise and bequeath all of the

rest, residue and remainder of my property, real and per-
sonal, wherever situate and whether acquired before or after
the execution of this Will, to my husband, JOHN C. AUSTIN,
as his own absolutely, provided he survives me. If my
husband, JOHN C. AUSTIN, does not survive me, then I give

~ and bequeath any mobile home I may own at the time of my

death, together with all furniture and furnishings located
therein, to CLIFFORD JOHNSON and ESTHBR "BILLIE" JOHNSON,
his wife, or the ,survivor of them, presently residing at
