1033 Orchard Street, Peekskill, New York, and the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate, I give, devise and be- `
queath to my grandson, LARRY J. MILES, if he survives me,
and if he does not survive me, then all of said property
shall go equally to his children living at the date of my
death.
CLAUSE Vs I appoint ST. LUCIS COUNTY BANK, Fort
Pierce, Florida, or its corporate successor,.as.Executor
of this Will, and invest my Executor with full power and
authority to sell, convey, transfer and assign any property
be'Zonging to my estate.
