ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
On the petition of CLIFFORD JOHNSON and ESTHER "SILLIE"
JOHNSON, his wife, for Su~omary Administration of the estate of
Louise 8. Austin, deceased, the court finding that the decedent
died on the 25th day of August,. 1980; that all interested
persons have been served proper notice of this hearing, or
have waived notice thereof; that the material allegations of
the petition are true; and that an Order of Su~aary Administra-
tion should be entered, it is
ADJUDGED that the will bearing date of June 22, 1967, ~
and attested by CAROL Y. LEININGSR, MARY VAN DER LUGT, and
CASTER B. GRIFFIN, as subscribing and attesting witnesses
is admitted to probate according to law, as and for the last

ADJUDGED FURTHER, that there be immediate distribution
of the sole asset of the decedent described as: 1962 Casa
~ Manana Mobile H+oane, with cabana and awnings, Identification
i
#45 2870 GX; Florida Title #1004878, to CLIFFORD JOHNSON and
ESTHER "BILLIE" JOHNSON, his wife, 1116 Elm Street, Peekskill,
NY 10566 .
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that those to whom specified parts
of the decedent's estate are assigned by this order shall be
entitled to receive and collect the same, and to maintain ac-
tions to enforce the right.

ADJUDGED FURTHER, that debtors of the decedent, those
holding property of the decedent, and those with whom securities
~ or other property of the decedent are registered, are authorized
