PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representative of the above
estate, alleges:
1. The decedent, ALFRED HILL LISK, SR., a resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida, died on January 27th, 19?8, and Letters
of Administration were issued to Petitioner on ldarch 31st, 1980.
2. The Petitioner files herewith waivers signed by all
interested persons, other than Petitioner, waiving the filing of a
final accounting.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making
payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims and debts that
were presented, and by_paying'taxes and expenses of administration.
~ 4. The amount of compensation to be paid to the attorneys

is set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns }

with the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has
obtained and-filed with this court NONTARABLE CERTIFICATE AND RECEIPT
FOR ESTATE TAR NO. E 43783. ~ _
6. Petitioner proposes to make distribution of the assets
of this estate as set forth in the schedule of distribution attached
hereto as Exhibit "B".
7. The only persons, other than Petitioner, having atr interest
in this proceeding and their respective addresses are:
