ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on September 15, 1980,
on the Wife's Motion for Contempt for failure-of the Husband to
pay certain bills as set out in the Final Judgment and the Husband
made an oral motion to dismiss the Motion for Order of Contempt
and the Court having. heard argument of counsel and being fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
• ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the oral motion to dismiss the motion
filed by the Wife be and the same is hereby granted.
2. That the Wife shall have ten (10) days from -
the date of this Order to file an amended motion or pleading.
3. -That the Husband shall have ten (10) days after
service of any amended pleading to file his answer or defenses
