TEMPORARY ORDER OF INJUNCTION
THIS CAUSE, having come on to be heard before me, upon the
sworn Petition of LUCREZIA RAIN, including a Petition for Temporary
Relief under Chapter 741, Florida•Statutes, and this Court having
heard the sworn testimony of both parties being present, and being
fully advised in the premises, it is upon consideration:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Tl~e Husband, ROBERT F. RAIN, be and is hereby
enjoined from going about, molesting, or abusing the Wife, LUCREZIA
I
RAIN. In furtherance of this Order, the Respondent is ordered to

~ refrain from going about Petitioner's residence, 253 N.W. Floresta,
~ Port St. Lucie, Florida except as provided below.
~ 2. Respondent, in the presence of any peace officer,
police officer, or a deputy sheriff of this county may periodically {
return to the above residence to obtain his clothing and personal

effects . ~
3. Respondent's parents, who are the grandparents
of the minor children of the parties, may come to the residence of
Petitioner at reasonable times to obtain and deliver the minor
~ children of the parties in order to afford complete and reasonable
communication between Respondent and his minor children.
4. Jurisdiction~of the parties and subject matter is
retained for entry of further•Orders of temporary or permanent relief

as may subsequently arise before this Court in_this cause.
