This cause came on to be heard on the 19th day of September,
1980, upon the Husband's Petition for Temporary Relief, and the Court
E
having examined the Petition, and having heard the attorney for the Husband
detail in open Court a stipulation which had been agreed to by the Husband
and Wife, and the Court having received a telephone call from the Wife's
attorney confirming the terms of the stipulation detailed by the Husband's
attorney in open Court, and both the Husband and Wife being present in
open Court and having heard the stipulation and affirming that they had
indeed agreed to the terms of the stipulation, and the terms of the
stipulation being as follows:
(1) That a mutual restraining order would be entered against
both parties;
(2) That neither party can remove the children from the State

of Florida without the prior permission of this Court;
! (3) That the Wife shall have reasonable and liberal visitation
E rights with the minor children;
(4) That the Husband presently has custody of the minor children
and will have temporary custody of the minor children pending further order
of this Court and that this award of temporary custody is-not a finding as
to the fitness of~either parent to have permanent custody of the children;
~ (5) That this case shall be transfered forthwith to Brevard
~ t`
County Florida. And the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as°follows: ~
1. That the Husband, SCOTT B. NOYES, and the Wife, DEBORAH T.
NOYES, be, and are hereby ordered and joined in restraiied from interferring
