That the Husband and Wife be, and are hereby ordered not to remove the minor children of the parties, from the Statq of Florida without the prior written permission of this Court. 3. That the Wife, be, and is hereby ordered awarded reasonable and liberal visitation rights with the minor children. 4. That the Husband, SCOTT B. NOYES, does presently have custody of the minor children and SCOTT B. NOYES, be, and is hereby ordered awarded temporary custody of the minor children, MELISA K. NOYES, CHRISTINA J. NOYES and COREY S. NOYES,~pending further order of this Court. This award of temporary custody to the Husband shall not prejudice the right of either party to seek permanent custody and this award of custody is not a finding as to the fitness of either parent to have permanent custody of the minor children. 5.
