SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the certain mortgage and indebted-
ness secured thereby executed by GLENN T . MIURA and CATHY J . MIURA ,
dated, July 8, 1980 ,recorded in 0. R. Book 334 ,page 1616 ,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, to
FIRST FEDERAL OF FORT PIERCE Mortgagee, encumbering
the following described real property situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida to wit:
Lot 34, Block 120, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION TWENTY-SEVEN,
according t-.o the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
14, Pages 5, 5A through 5I of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
AT the request of the mortgagor and in consideration of X10.00 and other
good and valuable oon siderations, inuring to the undersigned, the undersigned
being the owner and holder of said mortgage does hereby subordinate the lien
and operation and effect of the abovesaid mortgage, to the lien and operation
and effect of that certain mortgage and indebtedness secured thereby executed
by JERRY R to CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIA-
TIO OF ST. LUCIE C LINTY, un er the date of recorded in 0. R.
