PARTIAL SATISFACTION AND RELEASE OF LIEN CLAIM
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
That D.I.C. CONTRACTING CORP., a Florida corporation, the owner
of a certain lien bearing date the 3rd day of April, 1980, and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Records Book 328, page 2493,
upon the following described property and other lands situate, lying and
being in St. Lucie County, State of Florida, to wit:
TOWNHOUSE 8-A OF THE PINES OF FORT. PIERCE, PHASE ONE
(See Exhibit "A" attached hereto)
for building materials furnished upon the above-described property and
other lands owned by THE PINES OF FT. PIERCE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION,
for value received, does hereby release its said lien upon the property
hereinabove described, and hereby directs the-Clerk of the said Circuit
Court to satisfy said lien of record as to the above-described property,
specifically reserving unto D.I.C. CONTRACTING CORP. any and all lien
rights with respect to other lands described in the above Claim of Lien
not herein or otherwise released or satisfied.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said D.I.C. CONTRACTING CORP. has caused

be hereunto affixed, by its proper officers thereunto duly authori¢~d,
