i-- Purch~~tser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges that this
purchase of a condominium-unit at OCl':AN ViLLAGt:.OF HUTUIINSON ISLAM) is subject in every j
respect to the Declaration of Condominium as to tl~e condominium in ~ahich his Loiit is
located and Exhibits attached tl~creto, including but not limited to (whether the same are
attached to the .Declaration or referred to therein), the By-Laws of the Association,
Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and Regulations, copy of projected operating budget,
copy of sales brochure and floor plan of I,partmetit purchased by purchaser, and all Amend-
ments to the aforesaid Declaration and Fad~ibits and the Articles of IncorjTOration, By-Laws
and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association; and
Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, _
its Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, atul acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to tl~e successful operation and management
of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the
owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium
covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration of Condominium
and Exhibits attached thereto.. Purchaser Hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all
of the terms and provisions of said Dt:claTation of Condominium and Exhibits attached
thereto, and agrees that the assessment wider the Property Owners' Association documents
referred to above and the provisions tliercoF are reasonable, fair and equitable, and ~
said Purchaser acknowledges and conFirms that-tlie Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions
of the Property U~rners' Association has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condo-
minium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the
said Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Q~rners' Association and
said Purchaser assumes tlTe obligations as to the Property A~rners' Association as to his
condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms tltat_all warranties, representations and induce-
ments, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits .
attached thereto, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owners'
Association and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is~made or
intended nor may one be relied upon except where tl~e same is specifically ~.~arranted or
guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominium and the T:xhibits attached thereto.
