its Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges tlrrt earh aril
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the scrcccssful operation and management
of the Condominium property and 1s in the best interest's and for the benefit of all the
owners therein. Purchaser and all o~,mers of parcels in the aforedescrihed Condominium

and Exhibits attached-lrhereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all
