DEED OF OONV6YANCE
TtIIS DEED, made this 17 day of August 19 80 31~'~p
by and between HUPa-1IN5ON ISLAND'LIMITED, INC., a Delaware Corporation
authorized to transact business in the State of Florida, as Grantor,
Party of the First Part, and Lewis H. Harmon and Priscilla Harmon,
his wife ,Party (s)
of the Second Part, whose address is 25 w. 421 Johnson Drive
Naperville, Ill. 60540
WITNES.SETH
That the Party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten Dollars 010.00) and other good and valuable considerations to them
in hand paid by the said Party(s) of the Second Part, the receipt whereof

of the Second Part, heirs and assigns forever, the following described real-
property, located and situate in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida,
as follows

Condominium according-to he Declaration of
_Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records
Book 334, Pages 2451 through 2549, and any amend-
- ments thereto, of the Public Records of St~. Lucie
County, Florida. '
This conveyance is subject to and by accepting this Deed the Party(s)
of the Second Part do hereby agree to assume the following:
1. Taxes for the current year and subsequent years.
2.. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, ease-
ments and other matters of record; however, this reference
shall not. operate to reimpose any of the same.
• 3. The Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and Declaration of
Covenants and Restrictions of Ocean Village Property Owner's
Association, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation, the
provisions of which documents run with the land. The Grantee(s)
assumes the obligations of a member of said Property Owner's
Association.
