COMES NOW, the Plaintiff and Defendant by and through
their undersigned Attorneys and stipulate and agree as follows:
• 1. This cause shall be removed from the Court's Jury
Docket and the Pre-trial Conerfence scheduled for Septmmber
12, 1980 and Jury Trial scheduled for October 12, 1980 shall
be cancelled.
2. Ths Court shall place this cause on its next available
Non-jury Trial Docket and the cause shall proceed~to Non-jury
"Trial at the scheduling of the Court.
