the same, the objections of counsel for the Plaintiff that
no substantial matters of law to be argue were stated within
the Motion, and hearing the arguments of counsel and being i
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Motion for Summary Judgment as presented

2. The Defendant shall amend its Motion so to state
the specific-and substantial matters of law, which are to be
argued at a subsequent hearing on the Amended Motion for Summary _
