FINAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE, having come on before the Court upon the
Motion of the Plaintiff, FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE, for a -
Final Summary Judgment, and the Court, having considered the
same, being advised of the Stipulation of the Defendant, INTER-
CONTINENTAL BEVERAGE CORPORATION, to a Judgment against it in
the amount of the check, upon which the action is based, hearing -
E the arguments of counsel, and being otherwise fully advised in i

{ the premises, the Court hereby makes the following findings: 3
f 1. There is no genuine issue of any material fact

or of law, and that the Plaintiff is entitled to a Judgment
as a matter of law.
2. There is a complete absence of any justiciable
issue of factor law raised by any of the Defendants.

~ 3. The Plaintiff is, pursuant to Florida Statute
~ 557.105, entitled to a reasonable attorney's fees for the
~ services of its attorneys.
WHEREFORE, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, FLORIDA BANK
AT FORT PIERCE, shall have entered in its favor a Final Summary
