I 1 promise to pay you at your above address the Principal Amount of Note together with Interest at the Annual Percentage Rate set forth above, interest
to begin as stated above. 1 agree to do so in consecutive monthly payments in the number, amounts and at the times provided above, until fully paid.
Payments shall be applied fiat to Interest and d,en to Principal.
This loan is secured by a Mortgage on real property and shalt be enforced according to the laws of the State of Florida. This Note and the Mortgage by
which it is secured may not be assumed without the prior written consent of BarclaysAmerican/Mortgage, Inc.
If 1 fail to make any payment when due or it there is a default under the Mortgage, you may, without notifying or demanding anything further of Tne, re•
quire me to'pay you the remaining unpaid balance I owe you. tJ(wn such default you may charge me reasonable attorney tees you incur in hiring an
