within mortgage secures not only an existing indebtedness, but also
ADVANCES to be HEREAFTER made by Mortgagee to Mortgagor the aggregate

The Mortgagor covenants with the Mortgagee the above described real j
property is not now nor has it ever been the homestead of the mortgagor

This is a corrective mortgage designed to correct an erroneous legal 1
description appearing in that certin mortgage dated August 12, 1980,
and recorded in O.R. Book 337, page 2653, of the public records of ~
St. Lucie County, Florida, and upon which intangible tax has. been
