3. The Borrowers agree that theyshallnot Gave the privi eI ge. nor wiU they sell. tratufer. assign, hypothecate. or
in any manner whatever, dispose of the property, or any interest therein, owned by them. including specifically, but
tat limited to. the -following real estate situate. to-wit: (Description of Property)
