Purchaser, by acceptance and execution aC this Receipt, acknowledges that tl?is

respect to the Declarntion of ('Andominiwn as to the condaminitrm in which his ~o~it is
located and I•:xhibits attached thereto, including but not limited to (~~Irether the same are
attached to the I>CClaration or referred t~~ tl?erein), the: Ity-L:n~rs of the Association,
Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and Regulations, ropy of I>•rojected operating budget,
copy of sales brochure and floor •plan of :,partnlent purc•liased by purchaser, and all Amend-
ments to the aforesaid Declaration and F:xlribits and the Articles of lnc:or~roration, By-laws
and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property 0?,nrers' Association; :rnd
Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Ieclaration,
its Exi~ibits, and budget, sales brocJ?ure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful oheration and mu?agenrent
of the Condominiwn property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the
owners therein. Purchaser and all ormers of p:rrrels in the afaredescribed Condominium
covenant and agree to abide by each :u~d every provision of said lkclaration of Condominium
and Lxhibits attached d~ercto.- 1'c(rchaser herchy ratifies and confinas and approves all
of the teams and•provisions of said I)eclar~rtion of (:ondominirun and Exhibits attached
thereto, vrd agrees that the assessment under the 1'r-operty Ormers' Association documents
referred to above and the provisions thereof arc rcasarrrhlc, fair and ecµritablc, and
said Purchaser acknowledges and conl'irmS that the Ik~clar:rtion of Covenants and Restrictions
of the Property Aaners' Association has encwrrbered and imhresscd a lien upon the ('.ondo-
minium parcel being conveyed to Pur•cl:aser, as security for leis obligations wider the
said Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property 0?.-ner•s' Association and
said Purchaser asscunes the obligations as to the Property 0?~riel's' Association as to his
condominium parcel. Punhaser confirms drat all warranties, representations and induce-
ments, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid teclaration of Condomiriiwn and Exhibits
attached thereto, and the ronmon expenses and the scans due under the Property Or~rrers'
Association and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or
intended nor may one be relied rq~on except ?.~irere the same i s specifically warranted or
guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominirnn and the lixlribits attached thereto.
