mises, releases, conveys and conjinns unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
County, Flo?ida, viz: AN UNDIVIDED 1/2 INTEREST IN AND TO THE FOLLOWING:

Plat Book 5, Page ,50, thence run North 177 .feet to the NE corner
of Block 17, then run West 667.88 feet to the NW corner of Block 20,
thence_South on the East right of way of South 19th Street,
225.8 feet, thence East 125 feet, thence South 120 feet, thence
East 206.8 feet , thence North 272.9 feet , thence Southeasterly
to the NE corner of Block 18, to the point of beginning;
AND

as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 5, page 50, thence run

THIS CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED is to cure the indefiniteness as to
Grantor by season of that certain prior warranty deed dated March 19, f
