disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish, and declare ~
this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and
all Wills and Codicils at any time heretofore made by me.

ARTICLE I ~
I desire and direct that all estate and inheritance taxes
chargeable against my estate, be paid by my Personal Representative
out of. the residuary assets of my estate, but not out of the '
portion bequeathed to my wife under the marital deduction.
- ARTICLE II
I give, desire, and bequeath unto my beloved wife, HELEN_
POLITIS, the following estate legacies, free from all debts and
~I all kinds of taxes against my estate, and free from all administra-

1. Seven Thousand Five Hundred ($7,500.00) Dollars in
cash to be paid to her by the Personal Representative at any

2. Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars to be
paid to her by my Personal Representative as soon as she qualifies
to assure her of having this amount as support during the

administration of my estate. This is not to take the place of ~
any statutory allowances to which she is entitled under Florida
