discretion of the Trustee until her death. In the event of her
death, or in the event of her election to take an elective share,
then the remaining assets of said residuary trust estate shall
continue to be held in trust and administered for the benefit

of the beneficiaries as specified in Article VII of this Will
until the termination of this trust. In the event my wife

accepts the provisions of this Will, then I desire that she shall i

have all the income from this residuary trust during her lifetime.
If, in the opinion of the Trustee, the income from said
residuary trust is insufficient to support and maintain my said r
wife in her customary manner of living, then the Trustee may
encroach upon the corpus of the residuary trust assets to any
extent he may deem necessary for such purpose.
ARTICLE VII
1
In the event of the death of my wife, HELEN POLITIS, this
residuary trust shall terminate, and division of the remaining
portion of the residuary trust assets shall then be made to-the ;
beneficiaries in the manner set forth in this Paragraph of my
II Will. It is my will and desire that my daughter, JULIA ECONOMYS,
shall receive the entire residuary trust as hers absolutely. My t

daughter's lineal descendants, if my daughter shall be deceased

at the termination of this residuary trust, shall be entitled ~
to my deceased child's share, per stirpes.

In the event that my daughter and her lineal descendants
shall be deceased at the time of my death, then this trust shall
not arise, and all the residuary trust assets shall belong to my
wife, if she is-then living, absolutely in fee simple. But if
she fails to survive me, then all the residuary trust assets shall
belong to my son-in-law, ANTHONY ECONOMYS, absolutely in fee simple.
