FOR VALUE RECEIVED. Borrowers jointly and severally, promise to pay Lender or order at Lender's office at the address
shown above, the principal amount of the loan together with interest at the rate of 18'1!i per annum in equal, consecutive -
monthly instalments beginning on First Payment Dale shown above, and continuing on the same date of each succeeding
month until this Note is fully paid.
Upon non-payment of any instalment at its Maturity. lender may, at Lender's option, accelerate the entire principal bal-
ance and accrued interest then unpaid. Alter default, Borrowers agree to pay reasonable attorney's tees and all court costs
incurred by Lender in collection of this Promissory Note.
The makers, sureties, endorsers and guarantors hereof jointly and severally waive demand for payment, notice of non-pay-
ment, protest and notice of protest of this note, release of all or a part of the security and/or any co-signer or co-maker and
!I consent to extensions of time of payment without notice.

This Promissory Note is secured by a Chattel Mortgage and/Or a Real Estate Mortgage and the provisions of said Mort-
~ gages are made a part of this note.
I NOTICE
IF A SUBSTANTIAL PORTION OF THE PROCEEDS OF THIS LOAN IS USED FOR THE PURCHASE OF CONSUMER GOODS,
ANY HOLDER OF THIS CONSUMER CREDIT CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND DEFENSES WHICH THE
DEBTOR COULD ASSERT AGAINST THE SELLER OF, GOODS OR SERVICES OBTAINED WITH THE PROCEEDS HEREOF.
RECOVERY HEREUNDER BY THE DEBTOR SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID BY THE DEBTOR HEREUNDER.
