SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE~PRESENTS, that JOHN K. SHERMAN
and wife, JANE C. SHERMAN, the owners and holders of a mortgage
executed by DONALD JACOBSON, to JOHN K, SHERMAN and wife, JANE C.
SHERMAN, dated. the 11th day of April, 1980., recorded in Official
Records Book 329, at Page 1054 of the current public records of
Saint Lucie County, Florida, encumbering certain property in said
County as more particularly described in said mortgage, being also
the owners and. holders of the promissory note in the principal sum
of $15,500.00, and of all other obligations secured by said mortgage,
have received full payment of said promissory note and obligations,
and hereby acknowledges satisfaction of said mortgage.
