PARTIAL RELEASE OF LIEN -
WHEREAS, NICHOLAS TZIMENATOS d/b/a NICK'S TRACTOR
SERVICE (hereinafter xeferred to as Lienor~ by Claim of
Lien dated July 8, 1980, recorded July 10, 1980, at O.R.
Book 334, Page 1755, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, claim a lien for unpaid labor, services or materials
against the following described real property situated in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: Lots 19 through 24,
inclusive, Block 32 and Lots 1 through 6, inclusive, Block 33,
SAN LUCIE PLAZA SUBDIVISION, UNIT ONE, as per plat thereof
recorded at Plat Book 5, Page 57, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
WHEREAS, certain portions of the above-described real
property were incorrectly included in said Claim of Lien.
NOW, THEREFORE-, said Lienor does hereby remise, release,
quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the claim, lien
and operation thereof of said Claim of Lien filed by Lienor '
the.following described portions of the above-described
property, to wit:
Lots 1 through 6, Block 33, SAN LUCIE PLAZA
UNIT Ol`IE, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat -
Book 5, Page 57, of the Public Records of St. -
Lucie County, Florida.
