together with the vacated portions of an 80-foot right

respectively, as per SHEEN'S MAP OF WHITE CITY, recorded
in Plat Book 1, page 23, public records of St. Lucie
County, Floridaf LESS AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portions
of the above_described real property that are or may be:
1. Delineated and/or described in the plat of'River
Place, a Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 18, page
10, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and specifically including any and all lands delineated by
said plat but shown as "not included" areas.
2. Described in deed from Patrick B. Lally to Frank

Record Book 293 at page 128 of the Public Records-of St.

3. Described in deed from Patrick B. Lally and Frank
