WITNESSETH: That the Grantor(s), for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
o a a releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee(s), all- that certain
1 ~ land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
An undivided-one-half (1/2) interest in the following-
described real property: Block 10, Lots 13, 14, 15

Plat Book 1, Page 201, Public Records of St. Lucie

TOGETHER with any tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the said Grantor(s) does hereby .covenant to and with the
Grantee(s), her heirs and assigns, what in all things preliminary
to and in and about said sale and this conveyance, the Orders of
the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, and
the laws of the State o or ave en o owed and complied with
in all respects.
AND the said Grantor(s) hereby fully warrants the title to said
land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
