1980, between RADNOR/OCEANA PARTNERSHIP, a partnership formed pursuant
to the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as
"Grantor") , and C. Joseph Bryan ~ Sharon H. Bryan, his wife,

(hereinafter referred to as "Grantee").
W I T N E S SETH -
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
-TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to
it in hand paid by the-Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the Grantee,
and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever,. the following described
real property situated, lying and being in Hutchinson Island,
Jensen Beach, St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
UNIT 1407 in Oceana Oceanfront Condominium II, according
to the Declaration of Condominium of Oceana Oceanfront
Condominium II, recorded in Official Record Book 327,
pages 1684 et-seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, -
Florida (the "Declaration of Condominium"), together
with an undivided share in the Common.Elements appurtenant
to such Unit and all other. appurtenances to such Unit as
set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.
Grantee, by acceptance hereof, and by agreement with Grantor,
' hereby expressly assumes and agrees to be bound by and to comply with
all of the covenants, terms, cornditions and provisions set forth and
contained in the Declaration of Condominium, including, but not
limited to, the obligation to make payment of assessments for Common
~ .Expenses (as said term is defined in the Florida Condominium Act,
Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes) which may be levied against the
above-described unit.
This conveyance is made subject to the following:
1. Real Estate taxes for the year 1980, and subsequent years;
- 2. A licable zoning and other governmental regulations and
