Company, (the "Lienor" herein), whose address is P~. 0. Box
6781, Jacksonville, Florida 32205, and that in pursuance of
a contract with Holiday Pines, a Florida partnership, Lienor
furnished labor, services or materials consisting of:
The work includes clearing and grubbing; constructing embankment;
grading; constructing stabilized subgrade; limerock base, asphalic concrete
wearing surface; constructing drainage pipe and structures, constructing
'sanitary sewer pipe, sanitary force mains, manholes, and incidental items;
water distribution pipe, valuves. blow-off assembly, encasements of water
pipe and incidental items; sewage percolation pond and incidental items
seeding and mulching, sodding, and incidental items
on the following described real property in St. Lucie County,
Florida:
HOLIDAY PINES SUBDIVISION, P~iASE II-B, LYING IN A
PORTION OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 40 -
'f EAST, AND IN A PORTIOiJ OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 34
SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST. .

of $ 888,300.00 of which there remains unpaid $ 143,438.00
and furnished the first of the same on anrt 1 9, 19 79 ,
