Company, (the "Lienor" herein), whose address is P. 0. Box
6781, Jacksonville, Florida 32205, and that in pursuance of
a contract with Holiday Pines,, a Florida partnership, Lienor
furnished labor, services or materials consisting of:

grading; constructing stabilized subgrade; limerock base, asphaltic
concrete wearing surface; constructing drainage pipe and structures,
seeding and mulching, sodding, and incidental items; constructing
sanitary sewer pipe, sanitary force mains, manholes, and incidental
items; water distribution pipe, valves, b1oW-ofE-assembly, encase-
ments of water pipe and incidental items; sewage percolation pond
and-incidental items.
