- COMES NOW, Plaintiff above and Third Party Defendant above and
Defendant Counterclaimant and Third Party Plaintiff above by and through
their undersigned attorneys and move for a continuance of said
consolidated cases and as grounds therefor says:
1.) That by order of Court dated February 15, 1980 the non-jury
issues of Defendant Bowen Brothers, Inc. Counterclaim and Third Party
Complaint in Cases 76-1229-CA and 77-100-CA have been consolidated with ,
