being in said County and Stnte, to-wit: Therein contracting under the Articles of Agreement
that upon the performing of certain conditions on the part of CATHRINE RAY
which conditions consisted mainly of the payment of 58,000.00, that the said
R:E. SLAY, JR. and BETTY J. SLAY, his wife, covenanted and agreed to convey
the said property to CATHRINE RAY, free and clear of all enctttabrances with a
good and marketable title and the assignees herein assume and agree to pay the
remaining balance of the mortgage or lien described in the said Articles of
Agreement and payable to R, E. SLAY, JR. and BETTY J. SLAY, his wife, with the
principle balance owing after the August 1, 1980 payment, of 56,118.74;
