THIS MORTGAGE is made this 22nd day of September
19 80, between the Mortgagor, ROBERT R. LEAHY, JR. AND CYNTHIA A. GUTHRIE, Joint I
tenants with rights of survivorship (herein "Borrower"), and the Mortgagee.
Sunrise Savings and Loan Association of Florida, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Florida, whose
address is 4645 Gun Club Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33406 (herein "Lender"). ~

To SECURE to Lender (a) the repayment of the indebtedness evidenced by the Note, with interat thereon, the
payment of all other sums, with interat thereon, advanced in aceordana herewith to protect the security of this
Mortgage, and the performance of the covenants and agreements of Borrower herein contained, and (b) the repaytent
of any future advances, with interat thereon, made to Borrower by Lender pursuant to paragraph 21 hereof (herein
"Future Advances"), Borrower does hereby mortgage, grant and rnnvey to Lender the following described property
located in the County of S t . Lucie ,State of Florida:
Lots 25, 26, 27 and 28, Block 1155 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION
12, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 12, page 55, or the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
