SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE

Know All Men By These Presents that .
VEtiTUkh ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, a dissolved
Delaware corporation,
the owner and holder of a certain mortgaye deed executed by
J08N W. VITTIE and/or MARGARET A. VITTIE, his wife
to VENTURE OUT IN AMERICA, INC. ~
bearing date on the 9th day of April, A.D. 1972, recorded in
Official Records Book 222, page 1270, in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida,
securing one certain note in the sum of Twelve Thousand Seven
Hundred Fifty-Five and 34/100 Dollars, and certain promises and
obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property
situate in said State and County described as follows, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel, Lot #61 of VENTURE OUT AT ST.
LUCIE, INC., a Condominium, according to the
Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official i-
Records Book 189 at Page 1677, et seq., of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. _As provided for
by the Condominium Act of the Statutes of the State of
Florida (Chapter 711, Florida Statutes, 1965, et seg.),
said description in this conveyance includes, but is
not limited to, all appurtenances to the Condominium
Parcel described, ,including the limited common elements
assigned thereto and including the undivided interest
in the common elements of said Condominium.
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and
:mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as cancelled,.and hereby ~
I'I directs the-Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of
record. ~ {
` The undersigned, being all of the Directors of Venture }
Acceptance Corporation at the time of its Dissolution, have ~

executed this instrument as the Board of Trustees of said
corporation, pursuant to the provision of the Florida General
Corporation Act, on this 17th day of September , A.D. 1980.
