to administer oaths and take acknowledgements, personally
appeared E. BRETT CULPEPPER, who after being first duly
sworn, disposes and says as follows:
1. That he is a duly licensed Land Surveyor
under the laws of the State of Florida,
being Surveyor Number 3333•
_ 2. Affiant hereby certifies that the con-
struction of the improvements in Phase
C of Catamaran II, A Condominium is
substantially-complete so that the material,
together with the provisions of the
declaration describing the condominium
property, is an accurate representation
of the location and dimensions of the
improvements, and that the identification,
location, and dimensions of the common
elements and of each unit can be determined
from these materials.
Further affiant sayeth naught.
