The undersigned parties for the consideration set out, agree to an
extension of mortgage and note agreements between the parties, said Agreement
recoacded in O.R. Book 302, Pages 2483 and 2484, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, for that;
iJFIBRBAS the first parties above has been compelled to advance additional
monies in the ami~tllnt of$2,511.00 for repairs to said property and to protect
the rights .of all parties and
NHBRBAS the prior balance of $9,040.29 with the sums advances, are.

in the aggregate unpaid sum of $11,551.29, this agreement confirms the last

` said balance as owing this date and fixes the sum payable monthly as $125.00

• ~ beginning September 1, 1980, with right of prepayment without penalty, and on
z--~' the same day of each month thereafter until the whole sum shall_be fully paid
