YILLACE.OF tiUTCHINSON ISLAND fs subject in every respect to the Declaration of Condominium as to the condominium in which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not lim- - ited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condominium or re- ferred to therein), the By-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation, the Rgles and Regulations, copy of pro3ected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners Association; and Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure -and floor ' plan, and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen- • ti al, to the successful operation and management of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of alI the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven- ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves _ all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owner's Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- . able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that the Declaration of_Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association has .encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven- ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contai-ned in the aforesaid Declaration of Condomini?m~and Exhibits attached thereto, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and other charges are estimated only.
